Economy: 5 to 8 business days • Orders $215.00–$430.00 Free

Economy: 5 to 8 business days • $4.90

Standard: 3 to 4 business days • $6.90

Once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email and keep you posted on the shipment progress.

Please note that during the peak holiday season, shipping may experience delays. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at erikasartlair@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
